Make sure you've granted location permission to the app. Go to Settings → Privacy → Location Services → Quran Companion and select "While Using the App".
Ensure your device's compass is calibrated. Move your phone in a figure-8 motion to calibrate. Also, avoid using near magnetic objects or electronic devices.
Go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to iPhone Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Quran Companion → Cancel Subscription.
The AI is designed to answer questions about Islam, Quran, and religious topics. For best results, ask clear, specific questions. Note that free users have a daily limit of 5 messages.
Ensure you have a stable internet connection as audio is streamed. Premium users have access to the full audio library and offline downloads.
