1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Quran Companion ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Quran Companion is a mobile application that provides:

• AI-powered chat for Islamic questions
• Prayer times based on location
• Quran audio recitations
• Qibla direction finder
• Daily Quran verses and Hadith

3. User Accounts

The App does not require account registration. Premium features are accessed through Apple In-App Purchases tied to your Apple ID.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

5. AI Chat Disclaimer

The AI chat feature is provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI responses should not be considered as authoritative religious rulings (fatwas)
• For important religious matters, please consult qualified Islamic scholars
• We are not responsible for any decisions made based on AI responses

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Use the AI chat to generate harmful or inappropriate content
• Share your subscription access with others

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Quran Companion or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to inaccurate prayer times or AI responses.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
